Terms & Conditions

1. All prices shown are in SGD.
2. No cancellations once payment is made. Do only order when you really want to order.
3. Prices are fixed.
4. We do not entertain rude customers.
5. Items may differ slightly from pictures, but most of the time it's accurate.
6. We do blacklist if you scam.
7. Late payment will result in orders being added to the next batch (this is to ensure that the other customers will not need to wait so long)
8. We'll be on hiatus during exam periods (will post the dates on the blog).
9. Posters subject to availability (for albums).
10. We're not responsible for lost mail via normal postage/concealed cash (all at your own risk).
11. All items will be mailed on the Friday of every week after the items have arrived.
12. Emails will be replied within 48 hours.
13. Payment to be made maximum 3 days after order is placed (unless you have a valid reason).

15. For albums, they'll arrive roughly 2-3 weeks AFTER batch is closed.
