FAQs

1. Is your blog trustable?
We don't scam, and we work based on trust. We try our best to provide quality service and will ensure your items will arrive as soon as possible. However, there can be times where shipping is delayed due to poor weather or unforseen circumstances, but we will inform you should this unlikely scenario occurs.

2. Where is your blogshop mainly catering to?
Our blogshop is singapore-based, and to be more precise, the east area of Singapore. We have two owners who stay in namely Bedok and Pasir Ris respectively. Hence, we only do meet-ups in the east, and only when we have time will be do mass meetups in the central area like City Hall/Bugis.

3. I want an item but it's not stated in your blog. How?
Well, should you be looking for an item, you can email us to ask its availability. If possible, we can bring in the item for you. However, it will not be possible if the item is not well-received. For items like albums, we'll have to consult our supplier for their availability.

4. Are your items instocks or preorders?
Most of our items are preorder items, meaning that there will be waiting time before the item arrive. Most items are shipped from overseas so they'll take about 2-3 weeks before reaching Singapore. Also, we order in bulk so as to minimise shipping fee so that you guys need not pay so much for shipping, so there will also be a need to collate orders with cappings. However, we do bring in some instocks, so for those of you who do not like to wait, you can get your item ASAP after payment is made.

5. When will I get my item?
You will get your item 2-3 weeks AFTER BATCH CLOSES. The time excludes waiting time for batch caps to be hit (refer to point 4 for more info). If postage is chosen, do allow for 2-3 working days for your package to reach you. There may be delays here and there (due to weather on overseas' side or other unforeseen circumstance), but usually, this will be the waiting time for preorders. For instocks, we'll mail it out every friday (if you choose postage) after payment is made.

6. Are the albums counted in the charts and will there be posters with them?
The albums will definitely be counted towards to charts (Hanteo etc) and posters are subject to availability. The newer the album, the higher the chance of there being poster in stock. We'll definitely give you everything that comes with the album (etc photocard, calendars etc) and all albums are BRAND NEW.

7. If I opt for normal postage, how will my poster be mailed?
For normal postage, posters will be folded unless otherwise requested. You can request for a poster tube but you need to top up the necessary amount for it (refer to postage rates for more details). For registered postage, posters will be rolled up (additional charges apply for poster tubes).

8. What if I'm unable to turn up for the meetup?
Do sms us 4 hours in advance should you be unable to turn up for the chosen meet-up. We will arrange for another meetup with you. Do note that if you miss more than 3 meetups, you can only opt for postage (fee bourne by you). Do be punctual for meetups as well. We'll wait a maximum of 15 minutes, after which penalties will be implemented ($0,50/5 mins). This is due to our hectic schedules (we're both schooling and have a rather heavy workload). Do try not to be late (:

9. Where are the meetup locations?
The meetup locations will mainly be in Pasir Ris/Bedok, most probably during the weekends or after our school hours, probably evening time. We'll email/sms you the possible meetup locations and timing and you can select one. (Let's say, one of us happen to be passing by Bugis, and you can choose Bugis).

10. In what event will you blacklist someone?
If you scam, you'll be placed on the list. What do we mean by scam? It means either (a) ordered and mia-ed (we'll appreciate it if you email us to say you've cancelled your order, rather than we waiting then delaying everyone's time) or (b) choose pay by meetup then mia-ing after we've ordered and arrange for a meetup. As emphasized, we work based on trust, and mutual respect is also expected. You'll also be blacklisted if you threaten us/pose any form of offensive words etc when dealing with us. (We're here to bring in items from overseas for our buyers, and we don't owe anyone a living). We'll try not to blacklist anyone, so do be considerate as well :D

11. Can we pay when we meetup?
For instocks, yes. This will not be available for limited edition items/japanese albums. It also depends on a case-to-case basis. If you're a regular customer, we can negotiate. (:

12. What if the item we order is Out of Stock (OOS)?
In the unlikely case this happen, we will give you a full refund. Alternatively, you can choose another design/colour/type and we'll order in with the next batch.
